COC

A COC, or certificate of compliance, is imperative when buying and selling your property. A COC tells the buyer of your property that the electrics in the home are safe and in good working order. Certified electricians will be able to do a COC for your property or your estate agent will be able to recommend a good electrician to use for a COC. A property cannot by law be bought without a COC.
